At the end of 2011 we had the pleasure of being entered into
a major national competition by NIBE Energy Systems to find their installer of
the year. This has a rigorous selection process and is solely based on
responses from customers in categories such as value for money,
contractibility, reliability and overall customer services, we were just piped
at the post but received the runner up prize so being second best in the whole
country we can live with, at least it gives us something to aim for this year.
